Nestled in what we call "the Thumb" of Michigan, our farm sits in the middle of a fertile agricultural region. The combination of climate, soil, and know-how create the perfect environment for growing dry edible beans. On our small farm, we’ve been growing dry beans for four generations. Many things have changed over the years, but the way we care for our land and our crop hasn’t.
